The Clifton

This project is a new build residential living tower with three levels of underground parking and twenty-four floors of tower, with the upper two levels comprised of an amenity space and mechanical space. The masonry scope involved concrete masonry unit walls to all levels of the parkade and tower, including a concrete masonry unit separation wall for the full height of the stairs to the upper top floor level, limestone panels to the base of the building, and the full perimeter with brick veneer above for the first floor level.
