Lendrum Redevelopment

This affordable housing project consisted of constructing two six storey apartment buildings in the Lendrum neighborhood as part of the City of Edmonton’s new housing initiative. The two buildings constructed above the underground parkade featured a first floor masonry wrap consisting of 145,000 pewter and midnight black thin bricks laid primarily in stack pattern with various accent patterns. The wood framed structure required a two part girt system, two inch semi rigid insulation, and cement board as back up to the thin veneer system to accommodate a highly efficient thermal wall system.
