This project involved the renovation of the existing HSBC Bank Building and adjacent parkade in the downtown highrise office district of Edmonton. As part of the building renovation the first 2 floors of exterior envelope of the bank (East and North elevations) and the North and West elevations of the parkade main floor level were dressed up with stone cladding (Azul Limestone Panels) and mechanically fastened to the backup framing/structure. The interior of the Bank was also dressed up with floor to ceiling (2 levels of feature wall) stone cladding (Azul Limestone Panels). Non-Structural CMU work (partitions, etc.) were completed as part of the renovations as well.
