Spending time with friends and family is essential. And if you can spend that time in front of a cozy fire or cooking delicious food in a wood-burning oven, it’s even better. This monolithic fireplace and wood-burning pizza oven is an impressive focal point in a backyard setting. It’s clad in natural veneer stone, showcasing the elegance and beauty provided by the earth.

The structure is designed to incorporate the wood-burning fireplace near ground level and the independent wood-burning pizza oven above it. It features a classic small arch opening, but like the Tardis, once you pass through the small opening, the inside is much larger. The inside of the wood-burning oven is approximately 36 inches, compared to the 16-inch opening. The side of the wood-burning oven is a fire brick dome, which can hold a tremendous amount of heat after a fire has been going for a while.

Both the fireplace and wood-burning oven have their own flue systems built within the superstructure, helping to create its overall large stature, which also doubles as privacy and wind-blocking. It’s practical, beautiful, functional, and quite the conversation piece as well. Nothing feels better than keeping your loved ones warm and fed.
