CITY VIEW – HILLTOP MANOR

The City View Hillside Manor is a stunning custom home built by Newground Developments. Extensive use of several types of Montana thinstone veneer is displayed throughout this European themed ranch house.
Blending 2 quarries of fieldstone veneer for the exterior of the home helps create a warm and inviting colour pallet that compliments the many eclectic art and lifestyle pieces in the landscape.
Interior fireplace stone was moved to a slightly softer brown pallet that was used to anchor the ranching, entertaining, and musical themes throughout the home. Custom cut natural stone hearths, tile spark guards, and accent capping was used throughout the fireplace features for timeless appeal and effortless maintenance.
Towering steel construction was used for the massive entry gates to the property – thin veneer and flagstone was used for cladding these stunning gates. The property boasts multiple barns and storage buildings – wainscots of natural stone and capping was used on all buildings to bring a unified natural stone anchor to the architecture.
