This 2023 Mighty Millions Lottery Home which supports the Stollery Childrens Hospital was built by New Ground Developments. It’s a modern take on the French Country style using a light-colored stone and mortar to contrast the dark stucco. The 5,757-square-foot grand prize home is a modern European style house with Tudor hints on the outside. The Masonry exterior was completed by Bricksmiths Masonry. Built on a corner lot masonry is featured on all the prominent sides allowing this home to beautifully show this masonry to the neighborhood.
