The Bridge is a 16-storey mixed-use residential tower that offers retail at grade along with 285 purpose-built rental suites. This thoughtfully designed, multi-tiered development embodies holistic design using strategies of context-based massing and façade treatments to foster a healthy community and an active urban environment. This project supports the ongoing effort to increase density and provide a place where people can live, shop, dine, work and connect all in one area.
