Built in 1931, this structure was originally known as The Administration Building. The exterior cladding is constructed with Tyndall Limestone and a brick back-up wall system. This restoration project consisted of addressing all structural stone repairs, removing damaged decorative wreaths, water-table units, lintels, and ashlar units. Additional moisture management elements were installed to prevent future damage. Repointing of mortar joints, rebuilding of brick back-up as required and installation of bird control devices were also incorporated. The underpinning of the East & Main stairs consisted of the removal & resetting of the concrete base and granite treads.
