Integration of three distinct limestone sizes at multiple scales and massing give this contemporary home its unique character. This two-storey home, with subterranean garage, swimming pool, cabana, and outdoor dining, relies heavily on limestone masonry for its aesthetic. Variations of an Ashlar bond were used throughout the property. Irregular pairing of long horizontal pieces, some as long as five feet in length required superior craftsmanship.

The Limestone was used on the terraced front yard to help unify the landscaping architecture and then also continues into the interior. A structural limestone column holds a second storey massing above the driveway. Exterior masonry at the entryway becomes an interior feature visible from the foyer window—a reflecting pool catches light and reflects on the limestone creating a movement.

The limestone cabana overlooks a swimming pool and a covered outdoor dining area with limestone privacy wall and large columnar limestone gas fireplace which also supports the second storey and glass balcony.
