4311 Commercial Centre

The 4311 Commercial Centre project located in Red Deer consists of a brick veneer exterior, concrete block parkade walls and structural block elevator shaft and stairwell building core.

The brick work included Norman size Interstate brick with a Utility size Hebron brick accent soldier coursing throughout the exterior. We worked closely with the General Contractor, owner and IXL our brick supplier to get the look the owner and Architect were trying to achieve.

The four floor structural elevator shaft and stairwell was made from 25cm concrete block that the building was centred around. 15cm and 20cm concrete block was used throughout the lower parkade level as durable wall material to help prevent future possible damage.
