The Pendennis

The initial project consisted of tearing down, cleaning, salvaging and rebuilding of damaged brick parapet walls to allow for a new roofing membrane to be installed. Repairs continued into the interior of the building with miscellaneous brick repairs/infills as well as repointing of cracked and damaged joints with Type O Mortar to match the existing construction. As the building was being retrofitted brick and stone repairs were also conducted on the exterior of the building to help revitalize the façade back to its original state.
