Stone blocked exterior walls, stone chimney chase, and tediously selected wainscot heights truly sets this home apart. Custom blended mortar colour was a very important aspect to the exterior colour pallet, blending seamlessly with the stucco system – Type “S” mortar, white glass block, and linen tile grout combined for the colour and texture.

The modern and open interior welcomes a warm and rustic 4 sided fireplace as a central focal point.
